Six rows of about seventy Ozark students studying for the ministry…it was offering time and I was sitting in the very back of this section.  The offering plate had been through the hands of these seventy students.  As I see the plate approaching me it was being passed on its side…Yeah, the plate was completely empty…it was bone dry…it was void of anything remotely green… I received this empty plate and I pathetically dropped in a dollar of my own and passed it along to the end of the line.  1 dollar…70 Christians in the richest nation that history has ever seen…  Is something wrong?

On another note…I’m flying up to Chicago in two weeks to see my “sugar cookie” I cant wait… J …cause she’s pretty!!!

What can I say?  I went searching for love and I actually found it… it was that easy!

She is lovely… Oh she is lovely

I asked her at a park over looking a lake with the city lights in the distance and the moon light flickering down while little ducks fluttered in the water below…  The situation was much smoother than my choppy and quickened speech but I conveyed the message nonetheless… for she said, yes!!! She is my, and I quote, “blue eyed sun…and she’s my darling young one” -Bob Dylan…  She is lovely

We had more than a memorable week… anyone want to buy me a plane ticket to Chicago?  (For she is teaching up there this semester and I am in Joplin).  We already looked prices up (separately – how cute) and the cheapest so far are right at one hundred… I’m giving plasma to cover the cost…you can donate if you want… I won’t stop ya
